My Athlete for Life Group Training program is done in a group setting which makes the workouts fun and motivating, while also keeping the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and create new and exciting programs every week!
What this program includes:
- This program is for local clients only
- Monday and Thursday evenings and Wednesday mornings throughout the year. Times vary. Contact me for times.
- In good weather, we train outside
- We combine various modalities of fitness, including strength training, cardio, high-intensity intervals, and yoga
- These sessions are highly inclusive; we have athletes and non-athletes; various ages from 30’s – 60’s, men and women
- All movements are scalable
- The only requirements for joining are to have fun and be supportive of your classmates
