If you are a triathlete looking to get a PR, be part of an awesome team or even to conquer your first triathlon, consider joining the Bob Gardner Fitness Tri Team.
Our team is for Age Groupers, 45 and older. I provide expert coaching in a block periodization format in all 3 disciplines (swim, bike, run), along with strength training, mobility, and nutrition coaching. The program is customizable based on your level of experience and the race distance chosen. Workouts will be provided weekly. Weekly checks-ins make sure that we are on the same page. Daily training can be done alone or with a group.
The Bob Gardner Fitness Tri Team works hard to prepare for their races. We are constantly learning from one another and feedback is used to continually tweak and customize the program to ensure for the best possible race experience. Sprint, Olympic distance, Half Ironman or Full Ironman.....it doesn't matter. I have a program that will suit you!
